I remember the pivotal moment when I chose to bet on myself and my potential. It wasn't that I faced financial struggles, but I made some of the hardest financial decisions of my life. For instance, I chose not to accept child support, making a mutual agreement with my ex to never come after each other for financial support. This was almost as daunting as leaving the comfort of a codependent relationship.
The courage it took to know that I had the capability to not just survive, but thrive financially was immense. It wasn't just about me; it was about providing a generous life for my son. I know what it's like to go without, and I never wanted him to experience the sinking feeling of being told, 'We don't have the money for that.' I wanted him to pursue his passions and hobbies, even expensive ones like skiing, without ever feeling like he wasn't a worthy enough cause to spend money on.
This decision was about more than financial stability; it was about choosing financial independence and freedom, making myself my safest investment. By getting coaching, participating in programs, and experiencing deep healing, I have been able to create a life of authenticity and adventure, living true to myself and my values.

Here's a little background on my journey...
My journey began in a life that appeared ideal, with a successful career, a marriage, and a toddler. However, I found myself trapped in a codependent relationship, faced conflicts at work, and felt suffocated in my own life.Â
As my outward life continued to shine brighter, my inner world hurt, ached, and felt trapped, like a caged animal, living a life of quiet desperation. I realized that I was working harder and doing more to maintain a life that I didn’t want, and that something needed to change.
Slowly over the past 12 years, I started to connect with the possibility that the books I was reading might hold some truth. I sought guidance from counselors and coaches, but nothing truly resonated.Â
That all changed once I started using my intuition and following Sacred Play
